  Date: August 6, 2016 Horrible customer service!!! Liars!!!! Do not ever go there!!! I went to have my battery changed on my Michael Kors watch and they loss one of my lugs. I dealt with Eric and he lied to his coworkers claiming one side of my watch didn't have lugs( why would I bring in a broke watch). The excuse given to me as to why Eric was so rude and abusive in his speech to me was because his father had just passed and the wake was that afternoon. I'm sorry his father passed, but that is NO reason to be rude to customers. He should have taken the day off to grieve. If I could give 0 stars I would.
